Create and configure alerts in the alert configuration tool.
To set up your email notifications for alerts, first select the site for which you want to set up Alert notifications.

To Settings > Alert Setup which allows you to create new alarms
The configuration tool gives you an overview of the configured alerts in table form, with the formulas used and the associated parameters.
1/ To show or hide information, click on the notched wheels at the top right of the table.
You can now sort your alerts by adding the "Recipients" column using the alert table settings.
2/ Click on this icon to instantly duplicate an alert
With this new feature, you can directly duplicate your alarms and then reconfigure them rather than having to recreate new alarms each time.
You can decide to activate or deactivate an alarm by clicking on the "Edit" icon in the "Action" column.
Create an alert ⏰
You have two options for creating an alert.
On Data > List of Data which allows you to create new alerts
The list of data is presented in a table format.
Click on this icon to create an alert
Or on the "Alert configuration" page, the "Add an alert" button gives you access to setting up a new alert.
Then fill in the fields to set up an alert.

Visibility
Public: visible to all users with access to this site, customers, such asClauger
Clauger : only Clauger staff with access to this site will see the alert
Private : only you will see this alert
5. Formula and unit
Example of advanced formula with condition : if flow > 120 AND T°C >4
You can also make calculations with the operators + - / ÷ * x = >= > < <= ( ) &&
6. Alert range and operation
At the moment it is not yet possible to configure dates in the operating range (e.g. from 01/01/21 to 01/05/21)
7. Title and content of the alert email you will receive when the alert is triggered
