As part of the stimulus plan, the State is mobilizing 1.2 billion euros and has implemented since November 2020 five measures to support French industry and accompany it in the profound transformations of the coming decades.
In this article we explain:

How we support you
What is it about?
The aim of this scheme is to enable industrial companies of all sizes to obtain grants for their energy efficiency projects worth less than €3 million.
This scheme complements four other schemes set up by the government as part of the recovery plan, of which €1.2 billion will be mobilized between now and 2022 to support French industry and the decarbonization of businesses.
What equipment is eligible for these grants?
18 categories of equipment are eligible. They fall into three main categories:
11 categories of power or heat recovery equipment;
3 categories of equipment designed to improve the energy efficiency of appliances or installations;
4 categories of equipment that emit less greenhouse gas, as an alternative to equipment or processes powered by fossil fuels.
How is the aid calculated?
The aid is calculated directly according to the acquisition cost of your equipment and a rate defined in the decree of November 7. It will be between 10 and 50% of the acquisition cost of the equipment, depending on the equipment and the size of your company.
For eligible goods in categories 1 to 14, the subsidy rate is :
50% if you are a small business ;
40% if you are a medium-sized company;
30% if you are an intermediate or large company.
For eligible goods in categories 15 to 18, the grant rate is :
20% if you are a small business;
10% if you are a medium-sized company
10% if you are an intermediate or large enterprise (limited to €200,000 by Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013, and limited to €800,000 subject to eligibility for the temporary framework scheme SA.56985).
The complete list of materials eligible for aid as well as all the information concerning the calculation of the aid and the application procedures are available in the notice of the system on the ASP website.
What are the steps to follow?
Complete the online grant application form 📝
Print it out 🖨️
Date and sign the form ✍️
Send it to the PHA address with all the requested supporting documents. 📬
It is also possible to send initially, by email to the address: industrieEE-decarbonation@asp-public.fr, a complete file scanned piece by piece. For this option, the form is sent without the supporting documents and by mail to the ASP (this sending remains necessary for the ASP to establish the notification of aid allocation).
Once printed, dated and signed, the form must be sent by post to the ASP with all the supporting documents requested. On the basis of a complete file, the ASP examines the application and if it is eligible pays the aid to the company.
⚠️ Attention: For the request for aid to be eligible, no beginning of execution of the acquisition of the good (estimate or signed contract, order, etc.) must have been carried out before the date of receipt of the subsidy request by the ASP.
