Once the software is installed, here is how to use the F.I CERFA tool on your computer.
Open the software
Getting started:
Open a new Excel document and choose the Cerfa Intervention Form template in:
Shared / Service.
If the software is installed, to open an existing file you have two possibilities:
Double click on the document to open it
Open it from Excel
(file > open)
Using the software 💻
Navigation in the software is mainly done via the right click of your mouse. 🖱️
Keyboard shortcut ⌨️
To go faster than the right-click, some functions have keyboard shortcuts.

Text or box colors have been determined to guide you.
Purple text
The texts in purple give you the indications to follow.
Blue text in the Cerfa
A text is displayed in blue when a technician has written a piece of information about the installation that is not filled in or is incorrect in the IFS Object.
🟦 Boxes with blue background: indicate the input fields.
🟧 Orange background boxes: the software gives you tips that are not necessarily blocking.
🟥 Boxes with red background: indicate blocking points.
