How to generate a QR code to access a document directly with a sticker?
Share a document available on Files
STEP 1: Add the file to the application Files ☁️
💡 If the document is already in Files, go directly to step 2 😉In MyPortal, select the client site where you want to add the document
In the left menu, click on ☁️ Share Docs: the application opens in a new dedicated tab
Upload the file to the desired folder. FILES works like a Windows tree with folders, subfolders... 📁
💡 Tip: you can also just drag your file and drop it in the right folder.
STEP 2: Generate a QR code from a document
Right-click on the document to be transformed into a QR code
Select "Download QR code".
💾 Save the QR code in image format on your PC 💻 / Smartphone 📱
Your QR code is now ready to be printed and stuck on!
2. Share a document available in Technical Document
STEP 1: Add the file to Technical document ☁️
💡 If the document is already in the app, go directly to step 2 😉
In the left-hand menu, unfold Equipment info then click on ☁️ Technical document
Click on the button "ADD"
Fill in the information about the document: the site it is linked to, the type of document, its title, its visibility...
Click in the File field to add the document in question.
STEP 2: Generate a QR code from a document
Each document offers a choice of action in the dedicated column: click on the QR code button corresponding to your document to generate the code
💾 Save the QR code in image format on your PC 💻 / Smartphone 📱
Your QR code is now ready to be printed and stuck on!
